These terms apply when you use hoopandleaf.com or buy Stitch Your Own Monstera from Hoop & Leaf. By buying the course you agree to them.

What you are buying

Stitch Your Own Monstera is an online course made up of video lessons and bonus guides. It is a digital product: nothing is posted to you, and you supply your own hoop, fabric, needle and thread.

When you receive it

You do not get the course the moment you pay. Your course access is sent by email within 14 days of your purchase. Straight after you pay, we email you your shopping list, so you can gather your supplies while you wait.

If you have not received your course access within 14 days of your purchase, you can have a full refund. Email support@hoopandleaf.com and we will send it within 24 hours.

Price and payment

The price is the one shown at checkout. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

30-day money-back guarantee

The 30 days start on the day you receive your course access, not the day you pay. If the course is not for you, email support@hoopandleaf.com within those 30 days and we will send a full refund within 24 hours, no questions asked. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.

Your access

Your access is for you personally. Please do not pass it on to others, or copy, resell or publish the videos and guides. Anything you stitch is yours to keep or give as a gift.

Results

We show every step as clearly as we can, but everyone learns at their own pace and your finished hoop will be your own. If you are not happy with the course, the guarantee above applies.

Liability

The course involves needles and scissors, so please use them with care. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hoop & Leaf is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the course, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
